Ambedkar Nagar : In a very short time, the police have revealed the murder of Vinod Upadhyay in village Sangiya Narayanpur of Bewana police station area of the district and arrested four accused. While one is absconding. One illegal pistol and vehicle and one chapad used in the incident have also been recovered from the arrested accused. The reason behind the murder is said to be humiliation for the transaction.
On Saturday morning, Vinod Upadhyay (45), son of Baburam Upadhyay, resident of Usmapur Tarakhurd police station Malipur, was shot dead near village Sangiya Narayanpur of Bewana police station area. On receiving the information, the Superintendent of Police and other officers inspected the incident site. On the complaint of the relatives of the deceased, a case of murder was registered against Yashwant Yadav son of Rajman Yadav and Sunil Yadav son of Rajman Yadav, residents of Varandpur Lohra police station Mahrua.
For the sensational incident, the Superintendent of Police immediately constituted a team and gave necessary guidelines, in order to which the police team arrested the accused Sunil Yadav son of Rajman Yadav resident of Varandpur Lohra police station Mahrua, Anoop Yadav alias Ram Anuj Yadav son of Sarjuram Yadav resident of Horilpur police station Bewana. , Ravi Yadav, son of Ramkishun Yadav, resident of Songaon Kotwali Akbarpur and Yashwant Yadav, son of Rajman Yadav, resident of Varandpur, Lohra police station, Mahrua, have been arrested on the information of informer from near the service road going from Rasulpur Diara underpass to Lucknow.
Disclosing the incident, the Superintendent of Police said that the arrested accused told during interrogation that there was a transaction of interest money (several lakhs of rupees) by the deceased Vinod Upadhyay from the accused Sunil Yadav. Due to which the deceased repeatedly asked for money everywhere and used to insult him. Sometimes he would even come to my house and insult me.
Even on Friday night, Vinod Upadhyay called Sunil Yadav and said that he is coming to collect money, meet him at home. After this, accused Sunil Yadav, along with his friends Anup Yadav, Ravi Yadav, brothers Yashwant and Dilip Yadav, shot Vinod Upadhyay near Sangiya Narayanpur from the vehicle used in the incident.
