A case of gang rape of a young girl has come to light from Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. When she protested, the accused beat the girl and kept her hostage for hours. On the complaint of the girl's brother, the police have registered a case against the three accused on charges of gangrape, hostage-taking, assault, abusing and threats.
According to the information, the girl from Hanswar police station area is a 21 year old B.Sc second year student. She was going to coaching.
This incident took place in Hanswar police station area. A girl was going for coaching in Hirapur market on a bicycle on Saturday morning. It is alleged that as soon as she reached near Mundera village, Aamir, Faiz, Faraz alias Niaz, who were already present on the way, stopped her.
Faiz and Faraz forcefully took the girl on a motorcycle and took her to Faraz's tube well at a deserted place away from the village. After some time Aamir also reached the spot on bicycle. All three men raped the girl. When she protested, the accused first abused and beat the victim.
Later locked inside the tube well with Aamir. On receiving the information, the victim's brother also reached the spot and found Aamir semi-nude inside the tube well and the girl lying bleeding on the spot.
The victim narrated her ordeal to her brother and along with her brother reached the police station and filed a complaint against the accused. As soon as the information was received, the police registered a case and started searching for the accused.
