Ambedkar Nagar. Mahamaya Government Allopathic Medical College once again came into limelight on Thursday. On Thursday, an uproar broke out at the Government Medical College, Saddarpur, over negligence in the treatment of a BJP worker and demanding money in the name of operation. When the District President and other party leaders reached the Medical College and wanted to get information from the Principal, it is alleged that the Principal called a gunner to throw the District President out.
Angered by the working style of the Principal, the BJP District President Trayambak tiwari along with his colleagues sat on a dharna in the office and the Principal left the office and ran away. While leaving, the Principal used caste related words to Hanswar Mandal President Sugrim Kannaujiya. On receiving the information about the strike at the Medical College of the District President, the administration got upset and hurriedly the ADM and ASP reached the Medical College with heavy police force.
Hundreds of BJP workers were gathered outside the Principal's office. The administration also organized talks between the two parties, but due to the stubborn attitude of the Principal, no solution could be found. The District President left the office on the condition that the police would register a case on the complaint of the Dalit Mandal President.
BJP Shakti Kendra migrant Santosh Singh Bablu had an accident two days ago. In this the bone of his hand was broken. He was admitted to the Government Medical College. It is alleged that even after admission here, the operation was not being done. On receiving the information, District President Trimbak Tiwari along with party officials reached the Medical College on Thursday evening. Here all the leaders reached the principal's room for negligence in treatment.
On which the Principal, calling himself an orthopedic surgeon, asked Dr. Vivek Srivastava to get the operation done on the worker, but the District President asked Dr. Javed to get the operation done. It is alleged that on this matter the Principal demanded Rs 2 lakh saying that Dr Javed would take Rs 1 lakh and he himself would take Rs 1 lakh. The District President became enraged at this statement of the Principal and he immediately placed one lakh rupees on the Principal's table. As soon as the money was placed on the table, the Principal became enraged and called his security personnel and ordered him to throw out the District Head.
At the same time, Hasanwar Mandal President Sugrim Kannaujiya said that there was not even a single Kannaujiya in the recruitment of 167 contract workers, on which the Principal became enraged and Sugrim went away calling Kannaujiya a caste related word.
On the other hand, the District President of bjp remained sitting in the Principal's room to call the Principal back and clarify the status of the worker's treatment. At 7.30 in the evening, ADM Dr. Sadanand Gupta and ASP Western Vishal Pandey reached the Medical College along with forces from several police stations. After this the principal was called and talks were started. There was a gathering of workers in the Medical College till late evening while talks continued in the Principal's room.
