It is known that the government is continuously taking concrete steps to improve the education system in council schools. Recently, the government had issued instructions that council school teachers will have to register their attendance online through the Prerna app. For this, recently, 2623 tablets were provided to 1335 schools as compared to 1582 council schools in the district. However, teachers opposed it vehemently. Despite all the protests, the government has instructed teachers to register their attendance online from Monday. According to the BSA office, attendance will have to be registered through the Prerna app from 8:45 to 8:00 in the morning. After this, the reason for late attendance will have to be given at 8.30 am. Attendance will not be recorded after 8:30.
